Writing this review only after applying for a MTD managed property. Have not even heard back yet, but just wanted to applaud how responsive, intuitive, and truly helpful Natalie has been. Apartment searching can be very difficult and frustrating, especially when communication with property's, brokers, managers, etc. is so delayed or impersonal. But we have greatly appreciated the desire to help, inform, and assist that we have been met with through MTD. In our search for apartments it has truly been a light.

I have been under MTD management for about two years now, and I can honestly say I love my hyde park apartment. I am super close to the university and the hyde park restaurants, shopping areas, the park and lake front. The neighborhood is changing especially with the new Obama Library to open soon, its just getting busier and more beautiful. Its also getting increasing more expensive which is my only complaint. Management and maintenence here is amazing, top tier, they always address issues! Its wonderful to see people care about the building. Bill has been unbelievably wonderful to me and my family. He is very fair and helpful. The cost of literally everything is on the rise and to have Management that cares goes a long way.

MTD Management Company has been absolutely wonderful to work with! The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about their tenants. Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, they’ve handled it quickly and with great communication. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining their properties and making sure residents have a positive experience. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I have lived in my apartment tun by MTD management for under a year and I just wanted to leave a review to say that they are the most responsive management company. We have had multiple maintenance requests this year and not only have they been responsive to every request- but they have fixed or addressed each one by the end of the week. The management company and specific building managers are accessible, responsive, and efficient. We are so thankful

'All that glitters is not gold' If you care about your health or safety don’t rent at 7600 N. Sheridan. Newly “ remodeled “ apartments but be prepared to have a difficult time with management. From the first day I pick up the keys everything started to go downhill. I had my furniture ready to move in but the back door was blocked by piles of trash and it took almost a week for management to respond and get it cleaned. The shower water smelled like straight sewage and was pretty sickening. The bathroom sink flooded my whole bathroom floor. The neighbors smoked heavily even though it’s a “non - smoking” building. The smoke steeped into my apartment and made it difficult to breathe or even been in the building most nights. My furniture and clothes started to reek of cigarettes. The bui
