I don't say this lightly... It really does not appear that anyone in the mortgage area at M&T has the good sense that God gave to a dog. Seriously, I think they have become so big that dealing with an individual customer and caring about customer service have been lost. The branch people are fine, but when your file goes up to 'corporate', you are just a nuisance, not a customer.
