My experience has been really good. I do my best to be a good tenant and it is really nice that they reciprocate in being good property managers. At my rental they fix emergency issues quickly, or they give you instructions to address issues yourself effectively (give a man a fish vs teach a man to fish -- and all that.) The staff are accommodating, personable and reasonable. They are efficient and effective. If you are considering being a renter, I recommend it because I feel respected and feel it reciprocated. I don't know how many places make you feel that way.

My mother and I rented from this property management company. This was the first and last time I will ever rent from a property management. As a prior homeowner who was returning to Bend, Oregon after not living there for twenty years, I wanted to rent before I bought a home. I was pregnant at the time and explicitly asked if this was a quiet location, I was told it was; however, it was not. The entire street was under construction for the full duration I lived there. For the first full month, the internet was not available due to a wiring issue from the builders. We have been renting with Mt. bachelor property management since late 2023 and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always friendly and fast to respond. Maintenance has been great and quick every time. They even helped us switch between rentals when we needed to without a hassle which was awesome. Highly recommend!
