Worst HOA ever. Eddy is useless. I swear he doesn't even read your email and copies it into ChatGPT for it to spit out a completely useless response. They do nothing to help the neighborhood except collect our money. If you're looking for a new HOA for your neighborhood, look anywhere else.

MRH has been an excellent management company in helping our community navigate the ins and outs of condo living. Our townhouse community is small and we have definitely faced our share of challenges but Josh from MRH has really helped us through the tricky issues. Their fee is quite reasonable and the benefits, such as legal counsel, financial management, etc. make it more than worth the fees. I would recommend 100%.
