Was having trouble renting my investment property with ANOTHER COMPANY. MAREG properties came in and had a renter in no time! Took profesional images and informed me step by step when there was a showing. All I do now is collect my $check$ (as it should be) at the end of the month. Will be transferring my portfolio to MAREG a properties. Love the hassle free business model!

I had a very disappointing experience working with Joe Moreno from MAREG. As a realtor, Joe failed to assist in any meaningful way during the purchase process. He did not help with negotiations with my lender or builder, failed to follow up on critical matters, and didn’t even show up for the closing. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process, and his lack of knowledge about real estate was evident. I expected a professional who would advocate for me as a buyer, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I cannot recommend Joe Moreno or MAREG for anyone looking for reliable and competent real estate support.
