MPR Property Management

TPGM (former MPR): very little effort into fixing anything in a timely manner (one washer in the multi-unit budling broken for weeks), no communication, never calling back about reported problems, never get to talk to real person in the office (voicemail only), everything fixed the cheapest way possible (leaky roof leaking every year), rats in the building (reported several times, no call back ever). They have very little respect for their tenants, and the peace of their mind. Save yourself frustration and look somewhere else. Disgrace.

I’ve been renting from TPGM FOR 3 years and I have family who also rents from them because of me telling my family “great” they are and this is how I get treated for having a dog for my disabled son. Such a shame, very very unfortunate and unacceptable behavior. Very unprofessional and disgusting. We all go through hard times and unfortunately, I am going through a hard time where I lost my job and I’ve been busting my behind to try to get as much as I can for my rent and every little penny I get I put towards my rent and they throw all my hard troubles in my face Careless and now they want to quote “evict me in the middle of winter with a disabled child and a one and a half year-old here is the proof of the mistreated From this person all because I told him my heaters weren’t working.

I’ve been living in one of their buildings for almost 3yrs and I’m ready to move out. This winter, which has been the coldest, they decided to turn off the heat during the day time and put it on full blast at night. I work from home and need to wear 2 sweat pants, 2 sweaters and heavy duty socks and slippers just to move around my apartment. I’ve called 3 times and the issue continues. Being cold in your own home is the WORST! In addition, I’ve had no running water from the faucet in my bathroom sink. They don’t seem to care much and I don’t like complaining. So I’ll be moving out in 2 months when my lease is up. Update: Management has really stepped it up and gotten better. They have since addressed most concerns and issues and seem to be making an effort to improve the quality of this p

THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! Unresponsive, if you find something wrong. From the washing machines 30+ units will use to the rats outside making their way into the building. They didn't address the ants or the rats. TPGM is the new name its under. MPR is the name on the building and hasn't changed. The name was changed to TPGM after a class action lawsuit against this group for keeping security deposits for their 46 properties.

Worst living experience. I had to install video surveillance and padlocks on my door because the janitors kept breaking into my apartment and was stealing from me. Food, valuables, money, toiletries One time I was sleeping and the janitors tried coming into the apartment, they opened the door saw my feet on the bed and quickly closed the door behind them
