There is something TRULY SINISTER about an apartment complex that requires an application fee, and will NOT let you submit your own CURRENT credit reports! There is something even MORE SINISTER about an apartment complex that states the “deposit” you have to submit in your rental agrement is TIED TO YOUR CrEDIT SCORE! Clearly this place, and apartment rental places like it do NOT HAVE THE BRAINS TO UNDERSTAND that credit scores are needed to BORROW MONEY! An apartment rental applicant is NOT WANTING TO BORROW ANY MONEY! If a place like this is looking for evidence of evictions or bankruptcies, then a simple printout from the local Superior Court (for the evictions or small claims judgments!), and the local FEDERAL DISTRICT COURt (for any bankruptcies should be enough! Management is awesome ! Work orders get done as soon as it’s put in! The manager is so sweet and awesome! She’s very professional. One of the best rental managers I’ve known. The maintenance person is so awesome and sweet. Very quiet apartments and very spacious. I just love it here.

The most incompetent manager. They go through a third party to verify your income that only accepts a certain type of document. I told her that I didn’t know how to save the document the way the system wants, so she told me to send her all of my documents. I do so, then receive an email a few days later stating they are unable to verify my income and my application got denied, which is complete bs when I work for a very well known healthcare company for the past 5 years. I called my bank to decline the withdraw of the deposit since I received an email from them stating I was denied. A few days later, I receive another email stating that the background check is being ran and to resubmit the deposit. I emailed them to see if I received the email incorrectly, she said no, but I was approved a

Great Place To Live! No Complaints at all, Good Management, They Really Take Care of people If We Need Service around the apartment. Really nice people living here.

Unfortunately my partner and I currently live here and are stuck in a lease for another 9 months. Upon moving in (in april) our AC was broken and took 2-3 weeks to fix. We had and are still dealing with a roach infestation. Parking is god awful. The maintenance lady is weird and I swear to god I saw her banging the mailboxes with a hammer at 9pm for a solid hour for who knows what! Pool is nasty and people let their dogs run wild with no leashes. Management is erratic and takes forever to deal with issues that should be high priority (currently dealing with a refrigerator that doesn’t refrigerate and a microwave that looks like it’s detaching from the wall!)
