He negotiated with the seller and got us some money towards a few repairs that was needed in our new home. When I met Mr. Isham he was very professional. He wouldn’t let me just pick anything that I wasn’t actually satisfied with because I was sorta in a rush to move. I glad I met him and took his advice.
