Me any my fiance worked with Whitney and at first she communicated great and then stopped and then had to text her multiple times with how much I could get approved for she didn’t want to tell me she wanted me to send homes and she read them over within 3 minutes and told me I can’t get approved for both I asked her what could I apply for to stay in my budget and I also asked her what my budget is and then she told me I can’t get anything basically and that I have to co sign. And she told me she didn’t have enough income but why didn’t you tell me that before instead of me texting and trying to figure out ??!!! Very frustrating if I could rate 0 I would

We were talking with Whitney to help us with a mortgage we did all the paperwork work sent her documents that she needed and I text them they didn’t go through so she said I could email them to her.I kept texting her to make sure she got the documents to move forward haven’t heard anything and then the next day all day we haven’t heard from her until I kept calling her and she knew we got mad because of the lack of communication. Then she decides to reach out after we contacted this company to see if they received our paperwork. So I don’t want to deal with a company that doesn’t communicate with you.

Working with this Movement team was incredibly smooth. We have two kids, I'm self employed and my wife has a standard job and let just say the whole experience was perfect for us. They have a true hometown feel. Jen and the team pay attention to the little things and followed up consistently, making sure everything was on track. May be great for buying a home, but good luck if you are trying to refinance. Half a dozen calls and 4 times I have been told on that particular day that I called, that my estimates would be sent to me. With the market the way it is and rates going up as they have been, their 3-4 weeks of ignoring me or not following through may very well have caused me 10s of thousands of dollars over a 30 year period. Not happy at all. I have given up and will be going elsewhere. I had a realtor in my community say Jennifer is a sweet gal, but the biggest complaint is her lack of communication and slow response. Guess they were right. I will be happy to take this down if they can turn things around, but I have a feeling it will be too little too late.
