Be very careful renting from this company.  Ater they took ownership from the previous landlord,  they raised every ones rent $700-900 after their lease expired.  For me to renew the first time it was $250 more.  After that lease was up it was $750 more a month.  If I stayed for another lease it would've been $300 more. The management here is awful.  Conversing with Jennifer is just nauseating.  She is so rude and unfriendly.  It's like talking to a robot that's programmed and can't think on it's own. I had a garage that was included in my rent.  In the middle of my lease I got a note telling me it was going to be an extra $100 a month for the garage that I was already paying for and agreed to.  They posted this on my door right before Thanksgiving.  It took me a month of wrestling with Je

Jenn is an amazing property manager! I have never seen a property manager clear the sidewalks each time it snows. She also made sure the apartment I moved into was above and beyond any expectation I had moving here. I highly recommend this property and the manager to anyone looking for a great place to live and enjoy their life.

To be honest I only have an apartment reserved with them and have yet to do a walkthrough but the prompt, friendly and respectful response I received from Jennifer was fantastic! You do not commonly receive that nowadays. I’ll update my review when I get a look at thing’s but so far great experience!

Beautiful, spacious and well maintained apartments and grounds! Owners are very attentive and go above and beyond to make you comfortable and happy. Beautiful view from our apartment.

Don't do it, place has never looked worse, the grounds are a disaster, trees fell a week ago and are still on my lawn, oh and they will raise your rent 200-400 dollars a year, every year, and the new owners let anyone with a pulse live here, has gone so downhill.
