Their property manager was not even licensed to be a manager when we moved out charged us 20k on damages we disputed them because I did a final walk through video that I displayed in court showing the condition we left the unit in . My unit was literally the only apt with no roaches because how clean we were. We got rid of roaches on our own. My brother still lives there and has roach infestation just to show how all the units are. The video I provided showed there was no damage to the unit it was in better condition that we got it in sto the collection company and court dismissed all fees ! We paid nothing and owe them nothing ! Then we were falsely evicted after the charges were dismissed! which was disputed and removed in a second court! I never leave review's but last weekend I spent a few hours with Randy Piccione and was delighted with the experience. I will be moving to Vegas in a few months and he made apartment shopping a joy. Randy thank you

I walked by and saw there $99 first month rent deal and wanted to know how much would it be for a 1 bedroom after that month but no one answered the place looks nice for the outside
