Rachel, Jake and Kurt at Mountain States Property Management are excellent. They are professional, competent, and efficient! They work together to solve complex maintenance problems. They also make sure to work with tenants to ensure maintenance doesn't interfere with day-to-day business. I am so thankful for their good work and would recommend 100%.

Exceptional customer experience! Jake and Kurtis always respond quickly whenever we need something fixed or have a maintenance issue. We recently had a major repair done and they coordinated very well and got it done in a timely manner. They are also great during the winter months with the snow removal of our parking lot and sidewalk making it accessible at a convenient time for all employees and clients. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

We own the Mathnasium of Layton and the Firehouse Subs next door had a plumbing problem that created significant water damage in our Math Tutoring Center. Our Landlord had Jake Nelson work with us to replace a portion of the carpet and clean another portion of our carpet. Jake was great to work with - he kept us informed of the project schedule and made sure the work was completed on time and with excellent quality work from his contractors. In addition, Jake worked with Firehouse Subs to fix the plumbing problem to prevent any future water damage.

Been renting from Mtn States for 2 years and they are the best! They are very fair, extremely prompt in communication and if there is anything that needs to get fixed ever, they make sure it's done quickly and accurately. Rachel is incredible to work with and Jake is the handiest handy-man around!
