Mountain Laurel Manor

I went to Put In an Application twice, and the first time my application was denied. I enjoyed meeting Lori both times and the apartments inside I like especially being able to bring my own washer machine and dryer and I like how it's on the bus line as well. I am Praying the second time everything went well. I enjoyed the tour and I would love to one day be a tenant if it's God's Will.

I recently had my inspection, which was conducted by Alex, the Assistant Property Manager with Fitch Irick, and I was extremely impressed. She was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable, and she took the time to address all of my questions thoroughly. She was also incredibly gentle and kind with my dog, who immediately felt comfortable around her — which truly speaks to her calm and positive demeanor. This community has been a great place to live and has truly felt like home for me since the very beginning. Having someone like Alex on site only reinforces that feeling. She is a wonderful asset to both this property and Fitch Irick, and I sincerely hope she remains here for a long time.

These apartments are utterly trashed. Even their newest building is in shambles. I have had to wait for mice to vacate the elevator before boarding it. It looks like management has utterly given up on common area maintenance if they ever tried in the first place, let alone maintenance of the apartments themselves. And if you're looking for amenities like an exercise room you'll get an empty tiny room in one building with a single machine that isn't plugged in. And the "community rooms" all have passive aggressive signs on their doors telling tenants to stay out and not even use them to exit the building. Whatever they want to charge you to live here isn't worth it.

Gorgeous, affordable apartments homes with the nicest and most helpful and accommodating staff you could imagine. An absolute pleasure to live here!----back in 2020---- Now, after the first two years here this place has just gone to shit, literally and figuratively! I've been here since they opened in 2020, and have been looking for a new place since '22. There have been lawsuits for multiple reason including mold issues among many others that either didn't get resolved in a timely manner or at all. We've had like 12 or 13 office managers over 4yrs, not including the almost year we went without one at all! Can't keep maintenance, even the ones from other properties that come to help don't stay!
