Mountain Glen Apartments

I must say this is the most unprofessional leasing community ever. My family member lives here and they allowed an illegal incident to occur didn't want to take responsibility now decided too go against there original signed lease and is telling them they have to leave. My family has never been late on rent, follows all rules and guidelines, just because they reported the incident this is the repercussions they receive. Do not rent here!!! Worst management team!!!

By far my best apartment living experience. Our leasing agent Kim has been great to us throughout our time living here, from move in to maintenance requests and anything in between. She and the maintenance team always respond in a timely manner and communication between the office and residents is impressing. They clean the buildings weekly, plenty of parking, neighborhood is friendly, kids can play outside without a problem, and police officers are always in the area making me feel even more secure. Thank you Kimberly and Mountain Glen!

I just have to preface this to mention that I have a family member that lives at this community and is completely unsatisfied with Dawn because of her unprofessionalism. She was raving about Mort and he is amazing all around. I don’t understand how Dawn is in management and Mort is not. He shows empathy, professionalism, and absolutely helpful in many aspects that Dawn lacks. I feel that the maintenance supervisor is buddy-buddy with that illegal towing company that tows whenever they target vehicles to scrap because it seems to be the pattern that happened to my family member. I am completely upset that this happened and hope some decision can help ease my family member’s dissatisfaction with the situation.

My leasing office agent Kimberly Millberry is awesome she is great she made my move in so stress free for me. Kim Communication is great She always responds when I needed to asked her questions.
