I have lived in this apartment community for many years, and I can honestly say that Karina has provided the best customer service I have ever received here. Since the day she started working in the office, she has always been kind, professional, and very helpful. She truly cares about the residents and always goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Karina as the best person in the office. I've been looking for an apartment and have had difficult experiences with other apartment offices, but at this office, my experience was very pleasant, courteous, and professional, thanks to the manager, Sandra Varela. She guided me step by step, making the process very easy, explaining each point and providing guidance. I am completely satisfied with everything about the apartment and the maintenance service. They make you feel like you're in a family environment. Thank you for everything.

Shania jimerson was very helpful and make sure I understand everything on the paperwork. She was very nice, kind, caring person and I would love to work with her again in the future. I was there looking for a one bedroom to two bedroom apartment and she made sure I would understand everything and I asked about the specials if they had any and she let me know too

Very professional staff I liked the feeling they gave me walking in made me feel comfortable. Property looked very clean very convenient area to live in and affordable prices. They answered all my questions and more.
