Mountain Brook Knoxville

We toured this property to get an idea of a move in around August. The leasing office was so friendly, and engaging, gave us a full tour knowing we were still not ready to move. The one she showed us was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was a huge part of the decision. We would recommend, to anyone needing a place.

This property has great staff and is very clean. I have lived in a few different apartments in Knoxville but this one is by far the nicest. Maintenance is always available and fix things in a timely manner. They even have a mailroom so that your packages aren't stolen. Major plus for me because my wife is the Amazon Queen. This property is definitely pet friendly they have poop stations setup around the property. It a very deversifed community with little to no noise at night. The property itself is a great source of exercise. The outer side walk make for a longer walk with nice inclining and declining hills. And the inner apartments also are enclosed with nice sidewalk. And is also great for shorter walks. Overall definitely worth price and is located in the center of town. Less than 5 to

The property is quiet, safe and well maintained. The people at the office are very friendly; and Sabrina is always smiling and welcoming. Any problems or concerns are taken care of promptly.

While Mountain Brooke isn't the cheapest by any means, it is a respectable apartment complex. Everyone mostly minds their own business and go about their daily lives. I personally haven't had any issues with having maintenance requests taken care of either. I also can honestly say I feel safe for either me or my wife to go outside at any hour without any concerns. Obviously I still like to make sure anyhow, just because it's when you feel most comfortable things happen, but still, Mountain Brooke feels like a place I could stay at for an unknown amount of time!

Lived there 2 years and 9 months. If you like the sound of trucks and cars on interstates this is the place for you. Noisy fans and AC. Old windows. Don't get fooled by the show apartment, probably the quietest place on the property. Worst thing though: the greed. After almost 3 years without damage or issues and new tenants lined up I still had to shell out $2.5k in early termination fees. Unless you can plan your job change or family expansion to the day a year in advance you should stay away. The ladies in the front office are nice but the company is rotten to its core. Prime example of corporate greed in the housing market. Better look somewhere else.
