Very unprofessional. The wife is disrespectful. Mr. Logan does not respond to your requests. It takes months for him to fix stuff. Everything is everyone else’s fault and never his. Never takes responsibility for anything. Then proceeds to get upset with you for trying to ask questions or trying to get things done around his property. Let’s the grass go uncut for months. Looks like a jungle in your front lawn.

I had to click on one star to send this post, but really I give zero stars to Mt. Airy Real Estate and minus zero to the owner, William Qaadir Logan. I am trying very hard not to refer to him as a slumlord, but you be the judge. He breached the lease and now wants to argue about it. I moved to Philly from Missouri and was supposed to take possession of a rental on Walnut Lane mid-May, 2017. The door knob on the iron security door was faulty and took several tries to get into the unit. I got in once only to find the carpet had not been cleaned because Mr. Logan did not want to turn electricity on. The floors and appliances were not clean either. Mr. Logan said he would not do any more cleaning and I would need to turn on electricity before the carpet could be cleaned. He also said t
