Not professional at all won't return calls and quits mid way . Been more then one property and ever time there is a issue. Would recommend not usenig this company at all.

I have worked with Mr Wyskiver on many projects and cannot say enough about the expertise and personal integrity he has. Without question, I would use this agency over and over again. Great communication, prompt appraisals, and top notch service!!

I was selling my house to a business to move away from that business. There wasn’t a set price. The selling price was known to be dependent upon the appraisal. This company used an out of the ordinary low selling price in one of the comps and so my appraisal came back way out of line with what the current market would indicate. I lost over $10,000 easily, and due to timing had no choice but to take the deal.

Recommend to never use .or expect a call back

Rude rude rude, "didnt have time" to work on my appraisal and made it clear when I called them on the phone. I encouraged my lender to stay away from them in the future.
