The customer service in these apartments are wonderful. Stephanie from leasing office was very helpful. She moved me and my family in. It was very easy and smooth and Veronica the property manager Made sure that everything that we needed work on in our unit was taken care of fast, easy and comfortable. I really appreciate both of them. They were so wonderful and I appreciate them very much.

Stephany is such a wonderful staff at Motif Apartments. She has helped me and my family so much since we first moved into our 2 bd unit a year ago. We did a transfer successfully all because of her. We are truly grateful for Stephany for being such a great staff.

My microwave went out and I called after hours and no one wanted to help as it wasn’t a maintenance emergency. It is actually a HUGE deal when you have a diabetic dog that has heated food. They didn’t care. My dog takes insulin every 12 HOURS on the dot. If my dog ends up in the hospital… yall willl be paying for every penny. Thanks for not showing up!

This complex has terrible management and severe roach issues. They did not do a walkthrough with me and that should have been a red flag but I trusted them and now I’m paying the consequences. The unit was not cleaned properly and had clear signs of a roach infestation. They promised me there was no issues and here I am 2 months later about to be in a legal dispute with the complex over this roach issue. I would not recommend moving here to anyone. The unit is nice but management is terrible and I’ve heard several other buildings have roach issues as well. Not to mention the 40-50 reviews on here that state roach problems. I really wish I had done my research prior to moving here but if I’m able to get out of my lease legally I definitely will be moving immediately. I’m not coming out of p

Vela was so helpful during our process of adding myself and husband to our new home. she was very sweet and took her time!
