Motif Apartment Homes Leasing Office

Jesse was great! My wife and I had put in several applications at different apartments but what brought us back to motif was the excellent customer service provided by Jesse. He responded to every text and called me back within a reasonable amount of time. He answered all of my questions and stayed on top of his end of the entire process. We signed a 15 month lease and move in next month 😇

Per my first review, I am now suffering an ant infestation due the opening crack in my wall that I expressed concerns about and placed a maintenance request on upon move in, I was told that asking for the walls to be patched and painted correctly, the cabinets to not have extra hanging contact paper and the screws and hinges to be fixed, the termites to be exterminated, the water damaged ceilings to be redone, as they are discolored and bulge from the ceiling, among other things. Back to the ant infestation I feel this all could have been avoided if my concerns were taken seriously the first time. I am highly uncomfortable and disappointed having to deal with so many things over signing a lease with a company I thought I could trust.

Overcrowded with too many people so the parking lot fills up, no one is considerate here and my mom says that the neighbors upstairs and downstairs are so loud until about 3 am every night. She told the office and they told her to pay an extra fee to move to another apartment? How stupid. Just be an office and tell the loud people to shut up. Pathetic people who work there.

Dangerous location, potholes everywhere, trash and dirt all over the place. And the prices are high and layouts are weird. Not worth it.
