Mosser Towers casa 2

I have lived at Mosser towers for about a year and a half and frankly they have some pretty awesome views if you live on 12th floor or higher and are on one of the apartments facing outside (there are two buildings, one on Eddy and one on Turk street). As this is in central Tenderloin, expect to find some nuisance in the block downstairs but they have a 24 hour security guard which helps. They also offer underground parking which was about $350 per month in 2009-2010. Rents are cheap compared to other neighborhoods but the units are remodeled and some of them also offer hardwood floors.

Really safe apartment, 24 hours security with securities that almost never gets lazy. Just one block away from the police station even the apartment surrounds with scratchy of homeless and drugster. Very good light environment of daytime. Down sides of the apartment are the water have yucky taste even you boiled it, maybe is because of the building is old. Too many storage rooms on every floors that creats strange feeling. Overall, this is really a good apartment besides old.

Hallway carpets are run down, garbage chute smells horrible, laundry rooms have pricey machines and they share same room as garbage. the noise in the courtyard is reasonable, and the cement walls are worth moving in for. You can hear noise up to the top floor from the street, people always shouting in the neighborhood. Great views

Lived at the towers and it was way overpriced. Kids running in the halls making a mess, laundry machines always broken or full, garbage chutes and the trash in the garbage were a mess, elevators constantly breaking down, rundown carpets, messed up floorboards in the apartment, nothing ever gets fixed, and I had to pay for water and garbage.

Moser deliberately spoil credit histories and are dismissive of the people who lived in the mosser apartments. Low moral principles and a thirst for money, that's what drives them. Their agreemend on more than 70 pages is a real trap.
