Mosser Living has ignored repair requests at 907 Valencia Street for more than a year now. It seems that this management company does not care about the wellbeing of their tenants at 907 Valencia and at other locations.

I have had an amazing experience with Phillip at Mosser! Looking for an apartment in San Francisco is difficult and he made it easy. Phillip went above and beyond! Not only did he have the listing that was perfect for my family and I. He met me twice on his day off to show it and do a walk thru. He answered all my questions and was available when I needed help. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a place!

Don’t rent here, this group doesn’t care about its tenants. They are striking at the Valencia location for lack of care, and a fire that took place more than a year ago!

I recently started renting at mosser and my experience has been great so far. My leasing agents name is Phillip and he was super helpful and represented the space accurately and thoroughly. Communication was clear and timely, move-in was easy. I even got a month free. I am very grateful for the experience and when it’s time for me to upgrade to a larger space I’ll know who to call. Terrible company who does not care about their tenants. I live in a 5 story apartment complex in Oakland and the elevator has been out for a month and they refuse to even give updates on when it will be fixed. My elderly neighbors are suffering and Mosser does not care.
