We met with Angelica, who was absolutely wonderful. She greeted us with a big smile, made my girls feel included in the tour, and patiently answered all of my questions. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly — it’s clear she really cares about helping families find the right home. I’m looking to move into Mosaic Apartments in January and recently toured a few different floor plans. Tracy was absolutely wonderful to work with—she showed exceptional professionalism, was very polite, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Her friendly attitude made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and extremely well-maintained. Everything from the landscaping to the common areas was spotless and inviting. Overall, I was very impressed with both Tracy’s service and the quality of the community. Definitely one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had so far!

I’ll be honest, I almost didn’t schedule a tour at Mosaic Apartments because of some of the older reviews online. But after speaking with Angelica from the leasing office, I decided to give it a chance, and I’m really glad I did. Angelica was great to work with, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions upfront and didn’t pressure me at all. During the tour, she showed me a two-bedroom floor plan that would be perfect for me and my roommate. I really liked how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, offering plenty of privacy, definitely ideal for a roommate setup. As a dog owner, I was also impressed by the community’s dog park. I recently toured Mosaic Apartments and was really impressed by the positive changes happening here. It’s clear that the new management team has been working hard to turn things around — the property looks clean, the grounds are well-kept, and the staff were genuinely friendly and professional during my visit. I had heard mixed things in the past, but after seeing it for myself, it’s obvious they’ve made major improvements. The renovated units are modern and bright, and the community amenities (especially the pools and fitness center) look great. Angelica took time to answer all my questions and made me feel welcome, which really stood out compared to other places I’ve toured. If things continue in this direction, I can easily see Mosaic Apartments becoming one of the best places to live

I can’t speak for the current management, but I can speak for the team that was in charge from August 2024 to September 2025. There were constant issues from the very first week I moved in. Within one week, I found a large amount of mysterious rodent droppings in my apartment. My AC went out for 3 days in August 2024, and again in August 2025 for ten days. Maintenance inspected the unit two days after I reported it and confirmed it needed to be replaced, but no one came to fix or even check on it for over a week. It wasn’t until I threatened to report the complex and management that they suddenly claimed they were “bidding on a new unit for tomorrow morning.” This was after ten days of living in 92° heat.
