Mosaic Palms Apartments

We moved in exactly two weeks ago! I wanted to give some time to settle in and experience living here before writing my review. Azyah went above and beyond for us throughout the entire application process. When we ran into trouble with approval, Azyah went out of her way to find something that worked for us. The community itself is beautiful. It’s small, which feels more personal. In addition to pool and gym there is a small fenced-in doggy area that is the perfect size for my Frenchie. Only thing I’ve noticed so far is that the noise from particularly loud vehicles on Lyons/Hypoluxo, especially sirens from the fire station next door, causes super loud echo right outside the door. Every step of this experience has been incredible! Azyah the leasing specialist has been so amazing and gone above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, with professionalism and a smile. I felt so welcomed and at home. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is beautiful, well thought out. The amenities are beautiful as well. Loving it so far!

The whole entire team at Mosaic Palms have been very easy to communicate with and have made my move very easy and simple! The complex is beautiful and everything is so modern and well done. The little details are what made this place shine and I’m very glad i decided to move here. I feel so at peace with my new space. This isn’t a regular apartment it’s very bright lighting, and has elements in the actual apartment itself that are above average and most other apartment communities don’t have the features that are here at Mosaic Palms!

My husband and I could not be more excited to live here. The entire leasing staff was extremely helpful, making our move in process run smoothly. They answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are kept immaculate and the staff always go out of their way to say hello. On move in day the management team left us a welcome bag full of toiletries and other goodies, such a thoughtful perk to welcome us home. We look forward to making memories here at Mosaic Palms and are grateful to have found such a beautiful place to call home sweet home!

Azyah was a fantastic host. She’s knowledgeable, relatable, and considerate. We walked around the main property and she shared tons of information, plus answered my more out of the box questions with ease. She was honest and transparent with every aspect of the consideration process, allowing me to make the best decision for me. The property is beautiful and the builders added in features that make the units feel even more like a home. Would highly recommend!
