Mosaic at Western Apartments Homes

I applied for this complex mid December, was told I was approved by manager LeslieAnd never heard back from anyone. I called their corporate office to speak to the supervisor Elsy to inquire what was the hold up in moving forward, left voicemails and still haven’t gotten a call back now we towards the end of January. The rent price online is lower than the rent amount I was told in person. I’ve spent $244 on the application and holding deposit so it won’t show it available on the market. But was still on the market the whole time. This has been such a horrible experience. I’m now going to report them to the BBB because I feel like I got scammed

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment community. They charged a $200 application fee, but after that, there was absolutely no response. Calls were not returned, emails were ignored, and even the corporate office does not answer the phone. There has been zero communication or update regarding the application status. This lack of transparency and responsiveness is extremely unprofessional and concerning. It makes the entire process feel unreliable and poorly managed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before applying online or paying any application fees without clear communication from their team.
