I recently finalized a loan refinance with Nigel Walker. Working with Nigel during my loan process was a truly positive experience. He was patient, responsive, and always willing to take the time to answer my many questions. No matter when I reached out, he made himself available and followed up quickly with clear and helpful information. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, he was also very personable and easy to work with. That made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. I genuinely appreciated his support and guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone going through the loan process. Blake Dixon is a fantastic guy. Honestly, he was there when I had any questions. He really made doing my loan transparent. He’s the reason why I went with this company. I went to a lot of other mortgage companies and Blake really bent over backwards for me to ensure that I knew exactly what my loan details were did the best to save me the most money and he even wasn’t managed to get me some money back that my Old mortgage company took from me and hit an escrow out wasn’t necessarily needed. Five stars is honestly not enough. He really connected with me too. There were sometimes we didn’t even talk about my mortgage or refinancing. He was willing to talk to me even when he wasn’t getting paid. This guy is great and I recommend him more than anybody else.
