Absolutely the most condescending customer care. I’d rather talk to robots instead of that rude woman that answered like I was disturbing her vacation time or something.

No clarification on the applications, zero information other than just giving us the form and telling us where to take it, definitely should clarify if they want just a family living in there rentals and they don't allow cats. Definitely should update there pet policy. Waste of time.

Recently had questions on my upcoming term, and worked with Amanda at MCC to answer my concerns. She was extremely helpful and in-depth, excellent customer care!

Secretary does NOT understand how to use a phone, and extremely rude. I will lose my home because I cannot return a call, received less than 1 hours ago. 15+ year customer. Also charged erroneous "late" fees when I have been consistently on time for the 15+ years I have unfortunately been a customer.

Knowledgeable and very patient!! Pleasant when I went to the office for signatures etc…also offered to assist if there were additional questions etc…
