really bad experience, avoid this branch, avoid the banker Cristian Gomez Sierra. I scheduled a Friday 1:00 PM appointment at Bank of America to open a Merrill Edge account for me and a checking account for my wife. On Thursday, banker Cristian Gomez Sierra called to move the appointment to 1:30 PM. When we arrived on Friday, staff told us he wasn’t in that day. No one contacted us about this further change. We were reassigned to another banker and asked to wait until 2:00 PM. This wasted our time and, in my opinion, was unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ schedules. If BOA can’t honor appointments or communicate proactively, it gives the impression that customer experience isn’t a priority.
