Bad experience, The receptionist didn't want to serve me at all, because I wasn't there to open an account or apply for a loan. Only after my repeated explanations did they give me an appointment for 11:00 AM the next day. I arrived at 10:45 AM the next day, and by 11:45 AM I was still waiting. What's the point of an appointment then?
