Jordan T. saved the day. I came in to get a temporary debit card at 9:10am and they were pretty busy already. I waited for about 20mins before I had to leave to go to work. Someone took my info for an appointment at 430pm later in the day. I got back around 415pm and they were still pretty busy. Jordan noticed I was back and had not gotten what I had originally came in for. Unfortunately, Jordan does not work with personal accounts. However, 430pm started to roll by and no one had helped me yet for personal accounts. Once Jordan finished with the customer he was with, he brought me into his office to help me get my temporary card. Even though he didn't have to help me with my issue. Terrible customer service. Every time my wife and I have come here for something, we have stood at their check in desk, unacknowledged, unnoticed for 10 or more minutes. And not to mention the wait afterwards. Were switching over to Wells Fargo.

Worst customer service I wish I had 0 stars to give them the guy who suppose to greet and say hi giving attitude like I work for him and not the other way around, the one time I have to use a banker and bank of America is disappointing me 0 stars because of this guy who thinks he is a big boss another just an employee who do not understand customer service
