I recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at Morningside Courts, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, Antonio was incredibly helpful, kind, diligent, and effectively communicative throughout the entire leasing process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions thoroughly and ensure I felt confident in my decision. Beyond the leasing experience, Morningside Courts truly stands out as a safe and comfortable living environment. The complex is well-maintained, and it’s clear that the staff takes great pride in their work. All the workers on the premises are diligent in maintaining the property and consistently go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable, welcomed, and safe. Right

Morningside Courts is a beautiful community in a great location with modern apartments, nice amenities, and well-maintained grounds. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Brad was fantastic to work with - responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. He made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Would give it 6 stars if I could. This is one of the best apartment communities in Atlanta — and hands down the best leasing office staff I’ve ever worked with. Super responsive, genuinely helpful, and they make everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Drea was amazing!! Super welcoming and made us feel confident about applying for an apartment for the very first time. She also transparent with what we needed to know about rent and fees and answered any questions we had (which was a lot!). Can’t recommend enough and a very nice, clean complex.

Antonio was super helpful with helping me get approved for the specific unit I wanted. I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and haven’t had any issues so far. Community is clean, front office is helpful and responsive, and neighborhood is nice.
