Morningside Apartments

Ed the manager of fireside and morningside apartments is the best manager I've seen. He goes above and beyond to help you out and make sure you are happy with your apartment. He is very well mannered and polite. Not only are these apartments absolutely gorgeous but they aren't that bad in price since it is scottsdale. My mother has lived here for years and now me and my boyfriend are moving in on the first and the newly renovation apartment is so amazing. It caught our eyes and we decided to stop searching and take that apartment! It's such a wonderful complex and it's all thanks to Ed!

I had the opportunity to stop by and tour a apartment. Nestled in North Scottsdale, amongst so many beautiful homes, Mountain Scapes and a beautiful lake, just Peaceful and Serene! I had the opportunity to sit down with the Ms. Myesha. Quiet as kept, she pretty much sold on site! Very knowledgeable about the area, as far as comparisons that I would find in the area, as well as dinning needs, shopping, community events, etc... I must say, she knew her stuff! Hopefully things work out and I can call Morningside HOME! Just wanted to take a moment and say Thank You Ms. Myesha and Team for a wonderful experience!

Posting this per my Mother Liz Lewis' request, as she lives at Morningside. She is happy at Morningside apt. The staff is kind and quick to respond to needs especially the office and David the repair man. She feels safe and secure.

The apartments are slightly small. You can easily hear outside noise as well as the people above you in apartments; and the management couldn't care less if they put loud large families above you. Though the adjoining walls are brick so you don't hear next door neighbors. They have also tried to wrongly evict tenants who have a current lease with no legally legitimate reason and will only withdraw when confronted with the threat of legal action. Some of the older tenants do not work and spend large amounts of time getting into others business or passive aggressively creating problems and drama with their neighbors. The sad part is the management will often encourage this problem creating behavior and partake in the drama that is created!! In addition the Manager, whom runs both Morningside

Have lived here for a number of years, it's a very pleasant place to live. The management is always helpful, repairs are taken care of as soon as possible. It's not an apartment it's a home!
