I think I have shared an experience in the comments previously. I can add to that by saying I always feel like this is a comfy little home. I cannot say enough good words about Randy he keeps on top of things and he knows what's going on. It has always been safe however, new lighting and cameras are a bonus. I do you have to say is read your lease look at the rules and as long as you follow those rules you'll fit in great in this community. When lease rules of lease are broken it is addressed normally in a text to the entire community here and in the very most professional way and that is what keeps these apartments going and receiving new tenants that appreciate a new little home for themselves. Quiet community. Love that the property has lights which I feel is good for protection. I can see everything. Property manager is the best. Keeps everything clean and inline. Thanks to Randy our property manager.

Mr. Randy is a awesome Manager. He is so straight up with you and he is the person that need to go around to other apartments and show other managers what a real Manager is ,what they suppose to be doing and put everybody that call their selves a manager to shame. Mr. Randy is a real Managerthat know his job and title. Mr. Randy does something that i never see other complex do. We wasn't moved in yet when he sends texts out to all his tenants he give everyone head up early what's going to happen. He is awesome. Mr Randy need a raise, a higher position and whatever else comes with the package cause he deserve it. He are good at what he do. Keep up the good work Mr. Randy..

Kay the manager is so easy to work with! She takes pride in her community, you can tell. 10/10 recommend this property.

Property manager is very polite and respectful. If anything, Brakes or isn’t in working order, he gets it fixed fast. Hands-down, it is a overall good place to live neighbors are Pretty much to themselves Property is clean I will definitely be renewing my lease
