I’ve been so happy living in this community and have had great interactions with staff. They are responsive and will work with you to ensure you have the best possible experience here. The property is always well maintained and clean with respectful and quiet neighbors. I can’t say I have any complaints with this business.

The management and maintenance team are great communicators and they strive their best to take care of the residents' needs and wants. Wouldn't choose to live in any other complex in town. And the location is everything for easy commute. Good neighbors, quiet, and simply clean and pretty complex grounds. Love the way this place looks at night. It's hard to find quiet and safe places in town and this is it!

Moved in with my husband and we have loved it since we moved in. This is a very lovely and cozy looking apartment complex. The grounds are clean and neat. Neighbors are nice, not too loud. Good management!

Living at Morganton Arms has been a great place to call home for the past couple of years. Peaceful neighborhood, quiet and friendly neighbors and established landscaping makes for a pleasant living environment. The proximity to all that Fayetteville has to offer is perfect.

Nice greenery and grounds, units have beautiful screen porches which are unique for the area. My unit was very clean and freshly redone when we moved in a year ago. Will definitely renew.
