I don't have any experience with Mr. Morgan as a realtor but I did have a brief experience with him as a property manager who took over as we were in the process of moving out of a rental residence. Long story short, RUN, don't walk! In my personal opinion, he is disrespectful, condescending, could not care less about anyone unless it means money in his pocket and shows every single solitary sign of a slumlord (Again, solely my personal opinion). He's also trying hike rent to an insane degree on a property that hasn't seen a renovation in 40+ years and can't be bothered to fix the most basic of things, like window screens, even nearly 2 months after tenants are out. (It's been actively on the market well before we even moved out or had any idea who he was). He also seems to think showing
