I didn't have a ton of time to find a place to rent due to limited rental options in my area amd Morgan was great to work with. The move in process was pretty painless. Since moving in, there were some minor maintenance issues that needed to be checked, and they have been addressed promptly.

Left our apartment spotless. Move in ready for the next Tennant. Of our 1,300 deposit about $1000 was refundable. (Cleaning fees) We made sure everything was spotless without issue, hopefully the pictures reflect that. We received our deposit check a month after move out and it was just over $500. We got docked an additional $400 for cleaning. When I reached out via phone and email to Brandon, He wouldn’t answer, call back or email back. Very unprofessional. We definitely feel we were taken advantage of in this situation. He was also very hard to get ahold of when you do have an issue. Property was nice, but the property management is terrible.

My experience with this property management company was extremely disappointing, particularly in regard to communication and basic upkeep. Communication was virtually nonexistent unless I persistently followed up, which became exhausting. Throughout my tenancy, it was a struggle to get them to maintain the common areas of the apartment building, something that should have been done regularly without tenant prompting. After I moved out, I was charged an additional $320 for cleaning. This charge included cleaning behind the stove, an area that clearly hadn’t been addressed in multiple tenancies, yet I was held responsible. I was told by Brandon that it’s standard procedure to clean before and after every move-in/move-out, but based on what I saw, that’s hard to believe. I left the apartmen

Move in was a breeze other then lack of communication skills with brandon. Filled out inspection form stating the obvious outside issues with the weeds and gutters being full and never maintained and issues in the house cabinets falling apart very dirty moving in. Especially no garage doors ever existing and i expressed this to brandon many times. Still got no response but emails about pulling weeds. Which was done immediatly and when i left the premesis. Made sure the lawns were takin care of. House was spotless which means the cleaning crew should not have been there for more then an hour. My pictures will prove that. I was looking for a new apartment. I contacted them multiple times across multiple days and left voicemails. I never was able to get them to pick up the phone or to return my calls. If they are this dismissive of a prospective tenant, I can only imagine that the rest of the reviews regarding lack of communication and responses must also be true.
