As a veteran utilizing a VA loan to purchase a home, I want to strongly advise not only my fellow service members but anyone buying a home to thoroughly research your builder and ensure you’re completely confident in what may be the largest investment of your life. Fantastic community! The amenity center is truly impressive, with a pool and pickleball court. Love that HistoryMaker builds 3-car garages. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a neighborhood that has it all.

I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted. There are German roaches in the land here!! Pest control struggles to treat. I tried to give plenty of time after purchasing my home here to be sure of my review, there's too many issues to continue to wait and have others suffer as I am. Having things corrected here was difficult, and for many things like this. I was told I'm just going to have to pay for and do myself because they won't come do it. They won't fix weeds on lots next to yours and the won't take care of any area that's technically not mine and the HOA should cover.
