I paid 800 deposit and 800 rent and never met the landlord. It was always you can cash app your rent never seen a lease would never fix anything. He only gave me 575$ back on my deposit kept my pet deposit. But when I moved in I had to clean the apartment myself and still pay the whole deposit. Something isn’t right about this. You never see him he won’t answer and will only text you. So beware when renting. Someone just posted the apartment I moved out of and it went up to $950 instead of $800 . Not even worth it . I promise!
