Rodney Elliot has been the worse reality agent I worked with, none responsive and drag his feet on urgent issues. After $60 applications fee you would assume you get treat with promptness and respect.

Working with Paul Sudano has been fantastic. He always made us feel like we were his most important customer- he must have taken us to 15 houses through the course of our search. He is responsive, and has given us great ancillary advice on mortgage brokerages, contractors, etc. For the record, we always get competitive quotes against the companies he has recommended and we are using 4 out of 5 companies he has recommended in the end. Would recommend him strongly for anyone looking to buy a house.

I’ve seen the condo I’m interested in 0 times out of 2 visits. The first time, the right keys weren’t available. The second time, they apparently switched the open house date but didn’t change it on their website. Once is understandable, twice is not.
