The management is consistently available and do their best to make Montrose Square a great place to live. I’ve been here a little over three years, starting with a studio and moving up to a 1-bedroom unit, and I have no intentions of leaving!

As a new tenant at Montrose Square I couldn’t be anymore happier and pleased I made the decision of moving in. Property manager was very helpful throughout my application process, very attentive & polite. My unit was spotless clean ready to just move right in & maintenance has done an amazing job remodeling and turning this place around. As I am aware they make sure to run every applicants background before approval which makes me feel safe knowing I am surrounded by good neighbors. I have had no issues in my 5 months living in this property. I highly would recommend Montrose to anyone who is interested in finding a safe & affordable place.

There is a new property manager and maintenance staff. They are working hard to correct past issues. We had an issue with our water heater leaking. Property manager got parts and had it fixed next day which we were worried about because it is a Friday and didn’t want a weekend without water. So far we are pleased! We appreciated how quickly they corrected the problem. ***7/23. Someone threw a rock through window and maintenance and property manager came in 45 minutes to boarded it up. Thank you.
