Montmartre Apartments and Properties

Only visited a friend here one time and from that experience I wouldn't mind renting an apartment here. Seems real quite, laundry facility inside the building. Your neighbors are really close is the only downfall. Good parking but a tight fit. The complex looked clean and didn't have a bad smell compared to allot of complex buildings around columbia.

I have lived at Montmartre Apartments for almost four years. I believe it is one of the nicest complexes in Columbia. It's like living in a resort due to the amazingly beautiful landscaping, the crystal clear pool, and the open green space. The exterior design of the buildings is very attractive as well. The office manager and maintenance are very responsive to any issues and generally timely in attending to things after contacted. The staff, owner, and maintenance are all on the premises so they are available from 8:00 - 5:00 Monday through Friday, with after-hour emergency contact as well. My family and I rented two houses with Montmartre Apartments and Properties. We loved the location — a walkable neighborhood close to everything — and the management team. They got to know us and were always so helpful whenever we needed to request maintenance or repairs. Rent was reasonable and the owner was amenable to letting us garden and keep pets.

I lived here for almost a year. The office manager Nikki, and the land lord Tom, are probably the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I have never written a review on anything before. This was just so bad that I had to let everyone else know. They are very ageist, if you're under 60 years old do not live here. They will barge in your place whenever they want and they will never, and I mean never, do anything you ask of them. Very lazy, very rude, very intrusive, and very untruthful. They lie an awful lot and then when you ask them questions they just blow up and tell you to leave. It's very odd and very abusive if you ask me. They are also very mean, calling me stupid on multiple occasions. They are all just terrible, terrible people. Please take my advice and do not rent from them.

I've lived here for 5 years and am sad to be moving out. Wonderful management, quiet, pretty space, and large apartments. The best apartment experience I've ever had.
