WARNING ⚠️ THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS TERRIBLE! We went through 5 managers during 1 lease. Usually, there was nobody in the office. The pool opened a month and a half late and was dirty. They will keep your deposit and charge you for EVERYTHING! I HAD 2 MONTHS OF MY RENT (ALONG WITH MANY OTHER TENANTS) DISAPPEAR after payment was made and it turns out the MANAGERS WERE STEALING OUR RENT CHECKS! After 6 months, we were notified of a huge outstanding balance, the office was extremely unprofessional and told those of us affected that we had 30 days to pay or vacate!! We were treated like thieves in order to cover up the fact that it was their MANAGEMENT WHO WAS STEALING!! This property is not managed well at all. There is an EXTREMELY LOUD TRAIN that passes the complex 24hrs a day and BLAIRES IT

constant parking issues the apartments don’t seem to care we pay almost $50 a month for parking spots and they literally don’t care when my neighbors park in my spot! i had to move spots and the last apartment manager didn’t put it in the system after i signed the document. They gave my last spot away that was still in the system and gave my current spot away to someone who’s lived here for two months when me and my partner have been here for two years, and they had the nerve to post a notice about me leaving a note!! i left a note kindly asking people to get OUT of my assigned paid for parking spot. people are always in the fire lane or parking directly behind my spot and i’ve complained about this for a solid two years and they’ve never once posted a notice about it. even when my neighbo

I love it here! The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I lost my job they worked with me until I was hired at my new job. They have two dog runs, dog stations and a big yard for the dogs. They also have a pool, gym and clubhouse. The maintenance is friendly and works hard to get things fixed. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. There are two tenants Ben and Kelli who work very hard to create 2 events/activities a month so tenants can meet people who live here. Thank you Ben and Kelli for all that you do. You are awesome. Yes the rent goes up each year but it goes up everywhere. I highly recommend this place. Stop by and check it out.

I’ve just recently move in to these apartments and so far everything is going well. One thing that wasn’t ideal is I didn’t get to have a walk through with someone who knows the area so I’m still learning about what they have to offer but that’s due to the virus. When I did my walk of the apartment I noticed some issues that they are going to fix but nothing to crazy. Overall the apartments are really nice, I enjoy having my own dish washer as well as washer and dryer for clothes. Yes it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The insides are beautiful. Me and my tiny family are excited to join the community.

Ive lived here for 3 years now. The old management was great. When you called they answered. But for the last six months i have been having issue with the people above me letting their dogs pee on their deck. It then runs on my my deck which it has already ruined a rug. I had to throw away all the herbs cause they got pee on. No one in the office seems to care. They were short and rude on the phone and seems confused on how to do their job. We wont be staying. Plus this apartment isnt worth what I am paying in rent. My husband spends more time fixing things than they do.
