I've had such a great experience at Montgomery Apartments The onsite management team is wonderful, friendly, professional, and quick to respond to anything you need. The Apartments are cute, well-kept, and incredibly affordable for the area. Honestly, you won't find this kind of value. Perfect location for my commute!

Living here has been a great experience from day one. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the property is consistently clean and well taken care of. My apartment is cozy, quiet, and has all the features I was looking for. The location is super convenient, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and parks nearby. I feel comfortable and at home here, and I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone searching for a quality place to live.

Has been a solid place to live here in Vacaville. The location is convenient, parking is manageable, and the maintenance team responds pretty quickly to requests. There are always little things that come with apartment living, but overall it’s been a good experience for me.

Management is super professional and easy to work with.My neighbors are respectful and noise is never an issue I really love how close it is to shops and restaurants.

if i could give these apartments a lower rating, i would. as the other person said, no on sight manager. which in turn means that the people who live in the apartments have absolutely no rules in place. families are loud , there’s nowhere to park, they went months without even mowing the lawns. i truly cannot recommend these apartments any less. even the property manager is extremely rude and refuses to solve any of the issues with the apartments. tenants are volatile, i’ve seen numerous arguments amongst them from things like dog waste being dropped onto their patio to cops raiding an apartment. used to be great when yay a managed them. shame to the new apartment manager. she is horrible at her job and has a horrible attitude.
