Our stay was excellent. The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Lori provided outstanding service — she was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly appreciate her hospitality and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Robert is such a genuine caring soul. Immensely helpful with all of my rental questions today, and he proactively shared potential concerns as well. He even went above & beyond to make some personal employment recommendations. The world needs more Roberts — thank you!

“Promised 8 Weeks Free — But It Was Taken From Our Deposit” Before moving in, we were clearly promised 8 weeks of free rent as a move-in promotion. We were told this was a benefit to help new tenants. However, once we moved in, we later discovered that those “8 free weeks” were actually taken out of our deposit instead of being truly free. This was never explained to us beforehand, and it was not what we agreed to. This completely changed the meaning of the promotion and caused unexpected financial stress for our family. Also, the communication has been disappointing. Before move-in, communication was great. Once we signed and moved in, it became extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone in the office. My wife called multiple times with no answer and eventually had to go in person

Robert Hayden was very informative, efficient, and friendly. He helped us by finding different units and different options that all fit in our budget. No complaints at all. I would recommend Robert to anyone who was getting a tour. The facilities are all also very nice and well kept. The experience was great.

Tenant of over a year. They will randomly repaint rooms without any type of ventilation, and because the apartments were not built this century, the odor will seep into your room, making it unlivable and forcing you to pay for a hotel. Do not be tempted by the low price. You will pay with your health and peace of mind.
