I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the lease and all associated fees before renting here. While the base rent is already high (around $2,800 and up), there are many additional costs that are not clearly explained upfront. These include charges for electricity, pest control, sewage, trash, parking, Amazon lockers, and other fees that significantly increase the monthly cost. My experience from the beginning was disappointing due to a lack of transparency. Parking, for example, was marketed in a way that made it seem more straightforward than it actually is. I relocated from Memphis, TN to San Jose and was able to secure an apartment with such ease. Tyna was so kind and helpful and made securing housing the easiest part of this entire process. The community also looked just like the pictures online which says a lot. And I’m happy to call this place my new home.

Just did my tour yesterday and fell in love with the location and place itself. After 10 tours, this was by far the most peaceful, home-feel apartments. Ms. Tameka was a wonderful tour guide. Professional, sweet, listens to every word or concern you have and answers on the spot. She made the tour the most welcoming and natural one out of every apartment we've visited. I can't wait for my orders to drop so I can get started on my application!!!

Have been living here for about 5 years now and can say I love it. Very quiet and love being close to two major freeways. There was a few hiccups in our transfer when moving apartments but overall we have been very happy here. Whenever there are any issues, they are always fixed quickly.

Tameka is really wonderful! I appreciate how she caters every questions and concerns. She helped us through all the way until we secured our apartment. She is very warm, approachable. This girl deserves a raise!!! 🤍🤍🤍 She works with her heart!!
