Monterey Apartments

Great apt', little pricey but with the great management staff, worth every 💸. Very clean large pool, sauna year around , 🔥 tea, espresso drinks, hot chocolate free in office until 5pm! The 🐕, 😸 are welcome. Washer and dryer in your unit. U pay electric bill, owner pays water bill. The yard work , interior are no longer your problem! You get your own covered parking space, free! Exercise room 💪.. free bags for animals wasted. Place to wash your car or truck! The office staff are very kind and trustworthy! Storage on you own patio. ❤️ my apt!

Living here? Absolutely great. I had a great experience applying, great deal to move in. Clean apartments, well kept, great maintenance help. My problem came when I moved out. Upon inspection they told me the entire carpet needed replaced. According to the carpet vender they claimed the carpet was “matted down” beyond repair. The apartments told me I have to pay for the remaining 4 years of life since the carpet was new when I moved in and I lived there for a year. Tried to email back and forth with management about how I felt this was unjust, it is the landlords responsibility to maintain the premises. This is normal wear and tear. I included move out pictures I had of bedrooms, I guess the living room I can’t speak on because I didn’t take pictures of it. I will attach those pictures. I

I have lived at The Monterey for over 4 years and I have to say the office staff is amazing, the handle helping me with my lease and issues with my apartments. The maintenance staff is always professional with attending issues inside the apartment and keeping the grounds up. Security at night does great job with understanding and following up on concerns. If you haven’t come by to see the complex, I would encourage you to check it out.

I can’t express enough how much we loved Monterey Apartments. Lyndi is such a great Manager of this complex along with Ryan, Guy, and their entire crew. They keep Monterey in amazing condition and we’re so glad to have called Monterey our home for 3 years. They are very understanding, kind hearted people who care about their tenants and the complex and it shows. Thank you for having us. <3

My family lived here for almost 6 years, and we had a wonderful experience. The office staff is always friendly and kind, especially Lyndi, the manager, she's on top of it. She was great at following up with anything going on, and keeping the community informed on any changes, pool openings, or fun events they were doing for the community! The maintenance men there are also great, quick to fix any need, and very respectful of your space, they even wore booties into your home to not dirty floors when wet outside! Great place to live!
