Montecito Village

Shout out to Montecito village. The maintenance is always on point and really get the job done. I had some work done and Caleb , Mike I think his name is and Miguel are always doing an efficient job. Steele is always a nice help with residents concerns and getting helpful information needed. Keep making Montecito a pleasant place to live.

Shoutout to my guy Miguel. I appreciate him Everytime when I put a request in he is always professional , timely , clean and communicative. My microwave was going out and he got it replaced asap. Thanks Miguel you are awesome.

DO NOT RENT! the apartments are very cheap, with poor quality materials. For most of the time that I lived there, the roofs had tarp on them because of leaks. I was using pots to catch the water in my bedroom. Balconies have open slats. Next to the building you have pine trees. When I would sweep the tree debris, my downstairs neighbors would complain about all the dirt that falls through the slats. The irony was that the drug dealing shenanigans with my downstairs neighbors. We had swat team, the sheriff surround our building, guns drawn around Thanksgiving. I moved out, didn't get my deposit back. Never heard a thing from them, until recently. (I moved out 8 months ago). I got a nice demand for payment from a collection agency. They claimed that they send me writings, demanding payment f

Andrea from the leasing office is the best!! She is always kind and helpful. She always takes her time to help out tenants. My experience with her and this complex has been awesome, I highly recommend Montecito Villages as we have loved our time here. My service requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is always so friendly and respectful! Marcus did a wonderful job helping us with our most recent service requests.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE . $2500 a month just for montecito to let me go days and weeks without a dryer now I have to waist money at a laundromat because they suck at communicating and keeping me in the loop. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SELLING THE UNIT , NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
