Montecito Apartments

In the two years we lived here the place went downhill. Certain people living in it leaving their trash and bikes all over everywhere making what started as a nice clean community look like the projects. Constantly finding cigarette butts outside of our staircase. Then when you move out the I’ll lie right to your face and nickel and dime you out of your deposit and then lie to you over the phone when you call and ask about it. Two years ago it was great. The management was helpful and the complex was clean. Now, idk avoid this place at all cost.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and overall, I’m happy here. The management does a great job keeping the property clean and organized, and I appreciate how well everything is maintained. That said, I do wish we could have better neighbors. Lately, some residents have been acting like they’ve never lived in an apartment before—being loud, inconsiderate, or not respecting shared spaces. It would be nice if everyone could be more mindful of those around them. Still, the staff and upkeep of the complex are definitely strong points, and I hope things improve with the community over time.

I’ve been living in Montecito for almost six years, and it’s an amazing community with great amenities! The best part is the fast and efficient maintenance service—any issues are handled quickly. Mr. Terry is the best! He’s a true jack-of-all-trades, always helpful, and does an incredible job. Highly recommend!

My experience in Montecito Apartments has been nothing but positive. The staff is not only very caring, but, very professional and attentive. The maintenance crew is top rated. Especially ,Terry, who seemed to go out of his way to rectify any problem. I value and appreciate the hard work of the staff and maintenance crew on the upkeep of the building and the landscape. Thank you for making this a wonderful home..
