Very good community in this locality. Recently handed over to owners. Many Indians along with native Americans reside in this community. All kinds of amenities provided here.
Toll Brothers is no longer a true luxury builder. The quality and attention to detail don’t justify the premium pricing. Better to consider local builders who deliver more value and care.
Beautiful subdivision! Great floor plans and big lot sizes!
Extremely unprofessional builder. We did everything by the book and, after 5 months of working with our money, they sent us a letter saying that they terminated the contract, because prices on materials have gone up. So, they will put the house back on the market for a higher price. We understand other people got the letter. And this builder is saying that the houses are back on the market because the sale fell through, what a lie. The house where we put our money and hours of work and dedication is lot 235, address 3925 Sugarloaf Drive, 30028. So, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUILDER
