We lived in this apartment complex for over five years. During the first two management periods, under Ana Martinez and Lorena Moreno, the experience was truly pleasant. Both women were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, and they made the community feel like home. Unfortunately, everything changed when Arette Eredia became the manager. Her attitude was consistently hostile and deeply unprofessional. She came across as unhappy, unkind, and completely lacking basic human decency. Rather than being considerate or supportive, she was dismissive and unnecessarily mean, and at times her behavior crossed the line into harassment. Thankfully, her arrival coincided with our final year before moving out. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting at any Monte Vista property: if

Today has been a very good day. The new leasing office manager, Brianna had a Halloween luncheon for us residents. We had pizzas, salad, treats, and BINGO! IT WAS AWESOME! It felt like we were a true community of senior adults. The chill vibe was everything. Everyone was enjoying themselves. So much laughter! I moved here on October 31, 2023 and I was miserable by January 2024. It was such a toxic environment from the past manager and her shenanigans. Pitting residents against each other on the low. Evil hearted person. Anyway, she left and things have gradually gotten better. As of today, this is the best I've felt living here than I have in a long time. I signed another year lease. I've been living at Monte Vista senior apartments ever since they were built which has been about 5 years we have a new manager now "Brianna" and she is the best one we've had since I've been here. Brianna is very dedicated to our job. She's very friendly and courteous and ready to help if there's a problem to be solved. Brianna is getting activities started here again Which has been lacking in the last 5 years I've been here she also keeps us all updated as to what is going on on the property and communicates to all of us It's sure good to have a good manager who doesn't have favorites and everybody is equal

🌳🌴☔🌞Monte Vista is a safe, gentle, cozy place since the beginning. The quiet the friendly wild live all adding to this Riverside country feeling😽🐞🦉🪺🦁🐻🥰. We've had several managers and they've all been a blessing in different ways pieces of a puzzle, but I experience Breanna to be a total package, kind efficient and compassionate.❣️❣️

This is a small quiet community that offers security, and the convenience of close shopping and freeway access. The current management is very professional and accommodating, I considered several senior communities before moving to Monte Vista Senior apartments & I would highly recommend this place! 😊
